From Northern NJ, Lincoln or Holland Tunnel To Ridge Realty, Toms River office at 147 Route 70. Take New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 11. Go onto the Garden State Parkway south. Gradually move to your left and after passing through the Raritan Toll Plaza, stay to your left and drive south. Exit parkway at Exit 88. As you exit, bear right and make a right hand turn onto Route 70. Drive three miles and just after crossing Massachusetts Avenue and the entrance to Lake Ridge, you will see the Lake Ridge Shopping Center on your right. Drive into the shopping center and Ridge Realty is at the right end of the shopping center. To Ridge Realty, West Long Branch office at 200 Wall Street. Take New Jersey Turnpike south to Exit 11. Garden State Parkway coming North from below Exit 88 Take Exit 91 (there is no Exit 88 coming from the south) and follow signs to Brick. At Route 70, make a right onto Route 70 and proceed west for three and a half miles. Just after crossing Massachusetts Avenue and the entrance to Lake Ridge you will see the Lake Ridge Shopping Center on your right.
