1. Create a complete marketing plan that will attract buyers to your property.
2. List your property on the Multiple Listing Service for maximum exposure to local and out of area realtors.
3. Place ads in various magazines throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Northern Ocean (such as New Jersey Lifestyles and Harmon Homes.)
4. List your property on various internet real estate services such as Realtor.com, ERA.com and Harmon Homes. Feature your home on NJHomeselling.com.
5. Arrange a Broker's Tour of your property for all local agents.
6. Provide tips on how to stage your property in order to obtain top dollar.
7. Distribute flyers of your property and showcase it at various marketing meetings that we attend on a weekly basis.
8. Place a flyer box on the For Sale Sign outside of your property.
9. Arrange and attend all seller required inspections of your property.
10. Present all offers and explain the pros and cons of each.
11. Negotiate with the Buyers’ agent to obtain the most money possible for your property.
12. Remain in constant contact with the Buyers’ agent, attorney and/or title company and all appropriate inspection companies to assure that your home closes on schedule and that all aspects of your contract are met.
13. Handle any problems in a timely manner keeping you informed at every step.
